1. Introduction

Welcome to GovPreneurs (govpreneurs.com). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services, Memberships Programs and Fees

GovPreneurs provides both subscription-based and done-for-you professional registration and consulting services.

These services include, but are not limited to, SAM.gov registration, capability statements, HUBZone certification, 8(a) Business Development applications, WOSB/EDWOSB certifications, and state or local vendor registrations.

Subscriptions: Programs such as Compliant Digital Setup, GovPreneurs Mentorship, or SAM Profile Maintenance renew automatically each month on your signup date until cancelled.
One-Time Services: Specialized registration or certification services require full upfront payment before work begins.

GovPreneurs offers the following professional membership programs. By enrolling, you acknowledge the specific program durations and terms associated with each:

Pilot Membership: A one-time payment for an 8-month program including 1 complimentary consultation and community access.
Expert Membership: A one-time payment for a 10-month program including 2 complimentary consultations and AI-powered tools (GovMatch AI, AI Document Vault, AI Proposal Draft).
Elite Membership: A one-time payment for a 12-month program including 5 complimentary consultations, Done-For-You GovReady Setup, custom roadmap, and VIP mentorship.

All fees are final and non-refundable once access or service delivery has started.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that payment authorizes GovPreneurs to begin work immediately and that services cannot be refunded once commenced.

If payment for a subscription fails, your access may be suspended or terminated until payment is received.

3. Credits Policy

GovPreneurs Mentorship plans may include credits for mentoring or consulting sessions. Credits cannot be transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash, and any unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation or termination.

4. Access and Use of Services

You agree to use GovPreneurs only for lawful purposes.

GovPreneurs provides education, consulting, and administrative support related to government contracting and registration but does not provide legal, financial, or official government advisory services.

Nothing in our materials or conversations constitutes legal or financial advice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, guides, and resources provided by GovPreneurs are owned by GovPreneurs LLC and protected under U.S. and international IP laws. You may not copy, share, or redistribute any content without written permission.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Enrollment fees for the Pilot, Expert, and Elite memberships are strictly non-refundable.

Because these programs provide immediate access to proprietary digital assets, community resources, and mentor networks, and because administrative setup begins immediately upon payment, all sales are final. By completing your purchase via our payment links, you waive any right to a refund or chargeback once access to the GovPreneurs Members Portal, Success Center or community has been granted.

7. Limitation of Liability

GovPreneurs does not guarantee any specific results or approvals (including but not limited to SAM.gov registration, HUBZone, 8(a), or other certifications).

Our services are educational and administrative in nature.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use.

8. Force Majeure

GovPreneurs is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical outages, or government system downtime.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.
