1. Introduction

Welcome to GovPreneurs (govpreneurs.com). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services, Memberships Programs and Fees

GovPreneurs provides both subscription-based and done-for-you professional registration and consulting services.

These services include, but are not limited to, SAM.gov registration, capability statements, HUBZone certification, 8(a) Business Development applications, WOSB/EDWOSB certifications, and state or local vendor registrations.

Subscriptions: Programs such as Compliant Digital Setup, GovPreneurs Mentorship, or SAM Profile Maintenance renew automatically each month on your signup date until cancelled.
One-Time Services: Specialized registration or certification services require full upfront payment before work begins.

GovPreneurs offers professional membership program. By enrolling, you acknowledge the specific program durations and terms associated

Membership: A one-time payment for an 8-month program including AI-powered tools custom roadmap, and access to VIP mentorship.

All fees are final and non-refundable once access or service delivery has started.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that payment authorizes GovPreneurs to begin work immediately and that services cannot be refunded once commenced.

If payment for a subscription fails, your access may be suspended or terminated until payment is received.

Membership access includes AI-powered opportunity matching and mentor-backed tools, but does not include personalized proposal writing or representation for specific opportunities. When you identify an opportunity you wish to pursue, an initial mentor review fee applies, and any further proposal-development fee is determined individually based on the opportunity's value, complexity, and documentation requirements. These fees are separate from your enrollment payment and will be disclosed to you before you authorize any opportunity-specific work.

3. Credits Policy

GovPreneurs Mentorship plans may include credits for mentoring or consulting sessions. Credits cannot be transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash, and any unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation or termination.

4. Access and Use of Services

You agree to use GovPreneurs only for lawful purposes.

GovPreneurs provides education, consulting, and administrative support related to government contracting and registration but does not provide legal, financial, or official government advisory services.

Nothing in our materials or conversations constitutes legal or financial advice.

4a. AI-Powered Tools

GovPreneurs provides AI-powered tools, including but not limited to the AI RFP MatchMaker, AI-generated Executive Summaries, and AI Proposal Assistant, to support your research and preparation. These tools are decision-support aids only. GovPreneurs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content, match, or summary. AI-generated output does not constitute professional, legal, or compliance advice and should be reviewed by you and, where applicable, a GovPreneurs mentor before you rely on it or submit any materials based on it.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, guides, and resources provided by GovPreneurs are owned by GovPreneurs LLC and protected under U.S. and international IP laws. You may not copy, share, or redistribute any content without written permission.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Enrollment fees for the membership is strictly non-refundable.

Because this program provides immediate access to proprietary digital assets, community resources, and mentor networks, and because administrative setup begins immediately upon payment, all sales are final. By completing your purchase via our payment links, you waive any right to a refund or chargeback once access to the GovPreneurs Members Portal, Success Center or community has been granted.

For membership programs structured with a deferred, contract-contingent payment (for example, a balance due only upon winning a government contract during your membership), that payment becomes due immediately upon the triggering award and is non-refundable once invoiced, consistent with the non-refundable terms governing all other program fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

GovPreneurs does not guarantee any specific results or approvals (including but not limited to SAM.gov registration, HUBZone, 8(a), or other certifications).

Our services are educational and administrative in nature.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use.

8. Force Majeure

GovPreneurs is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical outages, or government system downtime.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.
