These Authorization Terms (“Agreement”) outline the conditions under which GovPreneurs, LLC (“Service Provider”) is authorized to assist clients (“Client”) in the preparation and submission of their business registration on SAM.gov for federal contracting and grant opportunities.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the scope of authorization granted by the Client to GovPreneurs, LLC for the registration and maintenance of the Client’s SAM.gov profile under the “All Awards” category, which includes both contracts and grants.

2. Services Provided

GovPreneurs, LLC will perform the following services on behalf of the Client:

Create or update the Client’s SAM.gov account

Register the business entity for “All Awards” (Contracts and Grants)

Assist in obtaining or verifying the Unique Entity ID (UEI) and CAGE code

Input all required business and ownership information

Upload the necessary documentation for verification and validation

Coordinate with federal systems to address validation steps, rejections, or status updates

Provide progress updates and communication throughout the registration process

3. Client Responsibilities

To enable the completion of the SAM.gov registration, the Client must provide accurate and up-to-date business information, including but not limited to legal name, physical address, tax identification, incorporation documents, and banking details as required by federal registration standards.

The Client agrees to cooperate and respond to requests for clarification or additional information within seven (7) business days from the date of notice.

4. Authorization and Consent

By accepting these terms, the Client grants GovPreneurs, LLC permission to act as an authorized agent for the purpose of submitting and maintaining the SAM.gov registration. The Client retains full ownership and administrative control of their SAM.gov account at all times.

The Client acknowledges that SAM.gov and related federal systems are operated by the U.S. government, and that GovPreneurs, LLC has no control over approval timelines, system downtimes, or agency-related decisions.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

GovPreneurs, LLC does not guarantee approval, processing time, or outcomes of the SAM.gov registration. Responsibility for delays, denials, or rejections rests solely with the relevant federal agency or system operator.

GovPreneurs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to lost business opportunities or administrative delays caused by third-party systems.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

All information provided by the Client will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Data will be used exclusively for the purpose of completing the SAM.gov registration and related administrative processes.

GovPreneurs, LLC will not sell, share, or disclose Client information to any third party outside the registration process, except as required by law or upon the Client’s written consent.

7. Term and Termination

This authorization remains valid until the SAM.gov registration process is completed, unless the Client withdraws authorization in writing. Withdrawal of authorization prior to completion may delay or terminate the registration process.

8. Agreement Acceptance

By proceeding with the SAM.gov registration assistance, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Authorization Agreement. The Client confirms that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge.
