GovPreneurs Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy covers all GovPreneurs services, membership and programs, including SAM.gov registration, federal and state certification filings, and any related consulting or support services.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable once access or service delivery has begun.

Work is deemed to have commenced once any preparatory or submission activity starts, including but not limited to:

  • Data collection or intake form completion

  • Account or entity setup

  • Drafting or submission of applications (e.g., SAM.gov, HUBZone, 8(a), WOSB)

  • Research or preparatory administrative work

By completing payment, you authorize GovPreneurs to begin your requested service and acknowledge that it is non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Membership Enrollment

All GovPreneurs Membership enrollments (Pilot, Expert, and Elite) are subject to a strict No-Refund Policy.

Program Durations:

  • Pilot Membership: 8 Months

  • Expert Membership: 10 Months

  • Elite Membership: 12 Months

Policy Details:

  • Immediate Access: Upon enrollment, you receive immediate access to our intellectual property, Success Center, and mentor-led environments. Consequently, we cannot offer refunds once the purchase is completed.

  • Commitment: By purchasing a membership, you are committing to the full duration of the program (8, 10, or 12 months respectively).

  • One-Time Payments: These memberships are paid via a one-time enrollment fee. Cancellation of the “service” before the end of the program duration does not entitle the member to a partial or full refund.

  • Consultations: Complimentary consultations included in these packages must be used within the program duration and are non-transferable and non-refundable if unused.

4. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid term.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and do not trigger refunds or prorated credits.

5. Bookings & Consultations

Consultation, mentorship, or strategy-call fees are non-refundable once booked.

Rescheduling may be offered based on availability and GovPreneurs’ discretion but does not guarantee a refund or credit.

6. Digital & Instant Access Products

Digital templates, downloads, or online programs provide immediate access.

Once access begins, no refunds or cancellations are permitted, consistent with U.S. e-commerce and card-network rules.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is a breach of this policy.

GovPreneurs reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using proof of your purchase, activity logs, and acceptance of this policy.

8. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with U.S. consumer-protection laws and Visa/Mastercard Condition Code 13.7.

Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
